Registered Users are classified into four categories as defined in Clause 6.1 to 6.4.
6.1. Customer / Shipper Accounts : Customers can register on the platform to request freight and logistics services. After registration, customers can access a variety of transport and logistics services available on the platform. Customers can easily browse available transport options and connect with service providers directly.
6.2. Transporter / Booking Agent Accounts : Transporters and booking agents can register to offer their services and connect with customers. After registering, transporters can list their services and engage with shippers on the platform. Transporters can manage and update their listings to provide accurate information about the services they offer.
6.3. Truck Operator / Fleet Owner Accounts : Truck operators and fleet owners can register on the platform to list their vehicles and transportation services. Upon registration, fleet owners can showcase their vehicles and provide transport services to customers and shippers. Operators can update their fleet information and manage service offerings directly through their accounts.
6.4. Broker / Truck Supplier Account : Brokers and truck suppliers can register to connect with transporters and customers. After registration, brokers can list available trucks and coordinate deals with transporters or shippers. Suppliers can offer their trucks for use and engage in transactions through the platform with ease.
- To become a Registered User of our website, you must follow the registration procedure defined by us. This ensures seamless login and logout access to your account.
- An individual can register by filling out an online registration form on the website and providing the required details, including name, contact information, and business details. Upon successful registration, we will establish an account ("Account") for the user and assign a user alias ("User ID") and password ("Password") for secure login access.
