Load posts or Orders Manage Quote Registration

Visit LoadSor.com on browser or download mobile app. Click on “SignUp”. Click on “Free Signup” against the Transporter/Booking Agent option. Fill up all the mandatory details and upload necessary documents. Finalize the registration by processing a Rs 10/- transaction.

After completing SighUp process your respected account will be created On the homepage of your LoadSor account click on “Documents” visible in the left menu. Upload all the necessary documents to complete KYC

Enter your Email ID during the SignUp process. Upon successful SignUp, you will receive a verification email. Open your respective mailbox and click on the “Confirm email” button to complete the process.

Login to LoasSor.com On the homepage of your LoadSor account, click on "Load Board" in the left column. The new page will display all the open/pending orders.

Login to LoadSor.com On the homepage of your LoadSor account, select "Load Board." Review the open order status, including source and destination cities and all necessary details. Click on the "Quote Now" button. Enter your rate and unit in Full Truck Load(FTL) or Per Metric Ton(PMT).

Yes, a broker or transporter can change the quotation only if the new quotation is less than the previous one.

Once the quotation is given it will give you push notification regarding your quote status (i.e. L1, L2 or L3) Alternatively, click on Check L1 button to check status of your quotation

Login to Loadsor.com. On the homepage of your Loadsor account. Select post a load on the left hand menu. Click load post button on top of the right hand side . Fill all details and submit post.

You can cancel your quote easily. To cancel your quote, simply click the "Cancel Quote" button. Please note that after canceling your quote, you can only requote after a waiting period of 60 seconds. This ensures a smooth and efficient processing of quote requests.
